We are keeping our water service contract and application available here for your review. These documents change from time to time. Call our office to be sure that the contract seen here is the most current (last updated April 2008).

If you are currently renting, please provide H.B.&T.S. Utility District with a signed letter from your landlord verifying your address.

Rates For Regular Residential Meter

  • Minimum Bill : $15.54 (includes 1,000 gallons)
  • Water rate after minimum bill (per thousand gallons) 1,001- 8,000 gallons: $6.00
  • 8,001-20,000 gallons. $7.65 per thousand.
  • Greater than 20,001 gallons. $9.65 per thousand.
  • Existing Customer Transfer Fee: $20.00
  • New Customer Connection Fee: $100.00
  • Normal Operating Hours Reconnection Fee: $50.00
  • After Hours Reconnection Fee ( 4:00pm-8:00pm M-F): $80.00
